Evolve is committed to acting ethically and responsibly in all areas of its operations and as a consequence Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will inform Evolve’s decisions and actions.
Evolve sees the adoption of a CSR Policy as enhancing its core values of integrity, respect, safety and operational excellence and recognises that failure to achieve compliance with policy objectives may lead to loss of reputation.
To highlight the corporate social responsibility principles and practices to which Evolve aspires, so that Evolve can achieve the highest standards of responsible business practice and sustainability, and produce a positive overall impact on society.
This Policy will be reviewed and updated every two years to reflect advances in knowledge about CSR and the integration of CSR throughout Evolve.

Evolve will employ a systematic approach to CSR and sustainability management to strive for continuous improvement in performance, and thereby deliver wider benefits to Evolve, the community, other stakeholders and the environment.
Relevant staff, as part of their day to day activities, will undertake to:
- Identify key internal and external stakeholders that are impacted by Evolve’s activities and projects;
- Consider creative ways of engaging and working with our internal and external stakeholders so that material CSR and sustainability risks and opportunities are identified;
- Facilitate strategic and management commitment so that material risks are addressed and opportunities are utilised;
- Strive to continuously develop and improve, and/or adhere to our systems for managing, measuring, monitoring and reporting progress on material risks and opportunities;
- Strive to continuously develop and improve and/or adhere to those systems and practices that assist Evolve to meet clear standards of corporate governance in all our operations, and the standards expressed in our Policies;
- Introduce periodically reviewed objectives and targets for CSR and sustainability practices, relevant for each Division or Department, and integrate these into operating practices; also, as part of our commitment to transparency and accountability make the overall targets available in the public domain and to all employees, where appropriate;
- Participate in independent audits or reviews assessing aspects of our CSR and sustainability systems and processes;
- Be willing to share what we learn about balancing competing priorities when integrating CSR and sustainability practices and principles into all our operations.

Operate ethically, with integrity and cultural sensitivity in employing clear standards of corporate governance, respecting the rule of Law and striving to achieve the most ethical standards of normative international corporate behaviour.
The written and unwritten codes of principles and values that govern decisions and actions within Evolve. From a CSR perspective ethics are based on the belief that Evolve should consider, in its decision-making, the potential impact of those decisions and actions on multiple stakeholder groups.
It represents Evolve’s commitment to recognise and manage its impact on society and to see that its own business activities and, where practicable those of supplier organisations are being undertaken in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. By understanding and addressing the impact of its operations, Evolve can also more effectively manage a broader range of risks.
With zero tolerance for bribery and a full commitment to implement a practical anti-corruption program within Evolve, our Company commits to doing business in a fair, ethical and legal manner.
We are accountable and transparent and, subject to privacy and other obligations, prepared to publicly disclose our performance and experiences in the management of our social and environmental impacts, using internationally recognised frameworks for CSR and sustainability reporting.
We integrate CSR and sustainability principles as a core component of our business activity, through the Strategic Plan and Divisional Business Plans, so that the principles form part of the objectives and decision-making processes of all management and staff at Evolve.

We respect fundamental human rights and the dignity of people by actively promoting equal opportunity, equality and diversity irrespective of race, ethnic or national origins, gender, sexuality, disability, marital status and religious belief.
Our policies are based on human rights. They are guided by international human rights principles encompassed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Global Compact.

Our policy on Environment is the corner stone of our intent to reduce our carbon footprint, improve recycling, reduce reliance on packaging, minimising waste, improve efficiencies on finite natural resources in all of Evolve’s operations and all departments.
All our environmental commitments are an integral part of the day to day activities, clearly communicated to all employees.

Safety
Evolve is committed to providing and maintaining so far as reasonably practicable, a safe and healthy environment for all employees, contractors and visitors. Our teams are encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in our aim to fully integrate health and safety into all aspects of our activities through a process of continuous improvement.
We recognize that as an aviation and defense business we have many direct and indirect risks with regards to health and safety matters. Our safety policy focuses on ensuring that Evolve effectively manages its legal, moral and economic duties. This means that we will maintain a safe and healthy working environment and we will control health and safety risks arising from our work activities. We will provide adequate information, instruction, training and supervision for employees and we will consult with our employees on health and safety issues. We will also ensure employees are competent to do their tasks. We will communicate effectively on health and safety with contractors and stakeholders. We will allocate clear responsibilities for health and safety. Last but not least we will provide sufficient resources to ensure the success of this policy.
We encourage all employees to cooperate on health and safety matters and to take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others. We ask all employees to report health and safety to their line manager or safety representative and to not interfere with anything provided to safeguard health and safety. Last but not least we encourage employees to make constructive suggestions or comments on how health and safety performance can be improved.
